no matter how you look at it you can’t do too much in this life without the help and support of others. that’s just the truth. the most independent person still needs a few buttresses! it’s the same with any business, large or small! i am constantly reminded of the incredible people i have working along side me to make things tick for kamee june. my assistant amanda came by yesterday; i breath a breathe of fresh air every time she comes over. she make the sun rise and set for this little biz. likewise, it was a relief beyond description to turn all of my taxes over to my accountant, kristine, who knows numbers and deductions like no one’s business. i am grateful for what she does for me monthly to keep me square and to remind me to pay myself too; all the while remaining as cool as a cucumber and reassuring me that a growing business is great even if there are more taxes to pay! 😉 i am so grateful for so many people: my friends, my family, my clients, everyone who believes in me, my husband, especially, who supports the dream and wants it to happen as much as i do! i am grateful too for my children, and trying to understand that mom “has to work”, and that work makes her a better mommy! 😉
i have learned the importance too of outsourcing! it has given me so much of my life back!! one of the greatest components of my business has been my album company, photostory albums. i have been working with april and her team since i started including albums a few years ago, and have been nothing but happy with the results that, collectively, we have created! april’s style in terms of design is timeless and classic; i knew when looking through her example albums that we were going to be a great match! she customizes everything to fit the needs to the specific look and also the desires of the client and she does it all with grace and amiability! she is an outstanding communicator and checks in with me on any decisions that need to be made as soon as they arise. her customer care is non-paralled; she is responsive, quick, and polite. she listens to my needs and the needs of our clients and she applies everything that is given to her to create a fine art album!
i know she believes in me and wants my business to succeed, and she also understands she is a part of that growth!
