in the photography world there is a fine line between inspiration and intimidation; it can be challenging to look at a contemporary’s work and not feel intimidated. there are so many gifted and talented photographers in today’s industry. the objective is to find those who inspire you, on whatever level, and stick close to them. there is no room for personal growth or career progress when intimidation is the major emotion felt.
this photographer inspires me, and i appreciate what she has done to help me focus my skills and also help my business grow:
i am also grateful that i can be of help at her workshops because of all the inspiring vendors and photographers i am able to meet. i am magnetized to creative people and the way they see this world. i am fascinated by design, details, and art and all of their levels.
attending a jessica claire workshop is quite surreal, from meeting her to what she teaches clear down to the sublime shoot she and her expert team create; it’s better than any cupcake i have ever eaten. and i like cupcakes. ;)
